discontinued floor mats

I have a 2015 650i Gran Coupe with the Amaro Brown/Opal White interior. I've been trying to get a new set of floor mats but they seem to been discontinued after talking to my local dealership. Any chance the 8 series Gran coupe mats would fit which come in the brown with white leather piping?

Go to one of the parts database sites and pull up the floor mats for the 6 & 8 series. Then google the 11 digit BMW part nbr to search for images to see if the shape/design is the same or close enough to fit.

EDIT:

It looks close like it could fit! Any other thoughts on whether it could work? I appreciate the legwork btw.

The other thought I had was to simply drive over to your local BMW dealership…and go to the PARTS DEPT counter and ask if they could help you compare a set from the 6 series to the 8 series for fitment.

You could either take your existing mats to the counter and have then compare them to the 8 series floor mats. Or if they don’t have any in stock, compare your 6 series mats to an 8 series they have on the floor.

Just an FYI…in most cases, the parts dept guys/gals can be helpful in a way that the service dept or sales reps are not. If they assume that you may be ordering a new set of mats…they will probably be as helpful as possible. You don’t have to buy from them...but you don’t have to tell them that you may buy online or from another vendor, too. I would just intimate that I’m “looking” for alternatives since your color is discontinued.

Good luck.

Not an answer to your question, but consider custom made floor mats.

Lloydmats are amazing and not expensive compared to what I think you would pay for oem.

You can configure them as you like. I checked and they can do brown with white premium binding. Might work for you.

I have a set of Luxe mats for my 650ix. I've also bought, I think 4 other sets of Lloyd mats

regarding this, I sometimes wear leather sole shoes and found the velvet mats slippery. So I go to buy some rubber oe mats from Czech. works well but just not as luxury
