M373s on M6?
It's been a long long time since I've looked at swapping rims on a car, so my understanding is a bit rusty. Trying to determine if a set of M373s off a 640i will fit on an M6, as a set of winter rims. I believe these specs are correct... I think the fronts would sit a bit far out? Thanks!

OK, I found a pretty spectacular online calculator that answered my questions.. Sorry for not maximizing the google foo before asking. But hopefully this post/link will help anyone else in the future.
Not sure there is any reasonable way to get the rears to look right, even with spacers on the edge of safe. Fronts (I am +10mm, with 275s now): Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 10.7mm further away from the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 14.7mm less than before. https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.ph...8-5&offset2=33 Rears (Also +10mm with 305s): Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 6mm closer to the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 44.1mm less than before. https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.ph...h=9&offset2=44 |

Even though the front has a similar offset the spokes may not clear the brakes on an M6 as the front calipers are huge compared to a 640/650
The rears will look very sunken in as well compared to the stock wheels. You've got plenty of time to look out for wheels between now and winter, I'd try and find something more suitable!
