New 640 owner debating on warranty

Hey guys new here. Purchased a 2015 640 gran coupe from road show bmw in tennesse. I flew in from nyc and picked it up and drove it home. It came with a 36 month/36000 mile warranty via fidelity (powertrain plus) for $4400. I really dont like that at all. Im looking for bumper to bumper. Fidelity makes you go through the dealership to purchase. What can you guys recommend me because I really dont like the fact that only the motor and transmission is covered only. what about everything else? smh. Ive been lurking for some months and reached out to christina at steve thomas bmw and she qouted me
12 MONTHS/12K MILES $2200
24 MONTHS/24K MILES $3350

what should I do? also where do you guys buy your spare tire kit from?

24 Months seems reasonable. Is that BMW warranty?

Is it a gold or platinum warranty from bmw?

Also seems odd that BMW would sell you a warranty after the factory waranty expired, I was always under the impression that having an existing warranty was condition of the extended warranty. I went with an Axiom platinum warranty 3/36 $3825 from my dealer when I bought my 2016.

No spare tire kit. Use non run flats and if you do get a flat, have towing on your auto insurance and you're golden.

There's always some stuff not covered on aftermarket warranties. But the list they do cover is extensive. Ive had the car 9 mos and it's covered me for a new traction control module. So it's half paid for itself.

Seems expensive for a 12 Month warranty. Have a PPI done by a reputable mechanic. If everything checks out just keep up with scheduled maintenance and skip the warranty.

Usually in these policies, the list of what is NOT covered is far greater than what is covered.

Hi what is your experience with Axiom if any? I had a reasonable offer from my dealer and I was wondering if any of you can give me any feedback on your experience with Axiom

The 640 motor is pretty bulletproof, the electronics may have issue but none with my 2016 coupe.

Second that! Save your money on the warranty and use it for mods
