Radio resets from presets to home screen on startup

I'm not sure if this is something you can change but I would think it is. Basically I listen to my preset radio stations 90% of the time I'm in the car. With all my previous cars, when you start the car up it would go to the last input, but with this car, most of the time it would start up at the home screen.

I've had my 14 640GC for a little less than a year now. I've asked the dealership but they said that's just how the car is suppose to be. I use to own an 02 335i and it didn't do that, Is this how all BMW's are now?

is the profile set to your profile and not a "guest"?
