Any BMW Center should be able to do it (I think I was quoted in the ballpark of $250). You can do it yourself for less if you acquire an FSC Code (specific to your VIN), the new map data, and a 32GB flash drive. Specifics vary between CIC/NBT/NEXT, but there's an FSC thread on F30Post that you'll likely find useful.
