I think you are right on that. I've read that many people were getting denied since their vehicle already has the updated hoses (just found out mine were already the updated version).

With that being said, I can't find the right part # without having to buy the whole 4 piece when I only need to replace one part (left piece):

Just noticed you're in Columbus too. Did you go to Kelly or MAG? Personally I wish MAG would go bankrupt, they're just a bunch of scumbags.

I didn't go to either one in person. But I did call MAG and was told to email them...they never replied. I talked to the service manager at Kelly BMW back and forth and they said the extended warranty wasn't available for my VIN although I sent them the document showing the production dates that were eligible.

I ended up just using high temp silicone to seal the cracked CCV hose and it's been holding up so far.
