How slow is the 640i compared to M cars

I am looking at $41k for the 2016 650i. 2016 and newer M6s are all 50k plus.

41k for a CPO 16 650i does not seem too bad. Drive it and let us know how the car feels OP.

i4 love diesels,,my 640d is pretty quick around 4.4 0-60,,,,5'1 is stock,,mine has 817 nm and 371 bhp,,,,jsut a thought,,oh and i average 35 mpg,,thats plenty mixed driving a a few hard driving sessions,,i have seen 15 mpg though if just having a hoon....stage 1 remap ,,you could go hybrids and intercooler and dpf delete etc,,but not for me

From what I've seen come into my dealership I'd only get a 650 if it comes with warranty. Most 650's seemed to have major engine issues.

I got my 640i GC M sport in 2014 new. It now has 80k miles. I've had my water pump go out at about 70k, But other than that it's been reliable as hell.

Power is nowhere near m6, but it can give you a good spirited drive.

Gone on cruises with different M's, done personal mountain drives.
It Never felt slow. But never felt fast. If that makes sense.
