South does it again, thanx for the info....

The grill and grill logo looks great(nice throwback). I can't wait to see it in person because I'm sure these pics do the car no justice.

That is sharp. I love the double hump on the coupe. Reminds me of the 3rd gen RX-7.

How does this weigh less then an M5? Aren't the 6 series usually bigger?

Funny how I never cared for the 6 series coupe, but damn this M6 looks amazing. I think it's the roof!

Also, I still prefer the M5 steering wheel

I couldn't stand the last gen M6; I thought the proportions were a disaster and made the car seem unbalanced. This car on the other hand is a sight to behold. The front is so damn aggressive without being too exaggerated or lopsided. Hats off to BMW for a design well done.

Beautiful! Is this essentially the same engine in the new M5?

Car and Driver's 0 to 60 MPH in M5 was 3.7 sec. I am sure M6 will be even better since its lighter in weight.

Absolutely love the roof on this beast Hopefully, the next M3/4 will get it. Love the carbon ceramic brakes too. In fact, love almost everything about it except the M6 badge on the grille-- the M colors would've sufficed.

The E92 M3's CF roof first appeared on the E63 M6 a couple of years earlier, so this certainly bodes well for the F82 M4.

Looks utterly stunning. Hats off to the designers. I presume that m5 beating acceleration is purely down to weight?
