N63 Class Action

I just received in the mail paperwork to join the N63 class action settlement - see attached.

Basically offers compensation for past frequent oil changes, three free future oil changes, battery upgrade to 105amp and the N63 Customer Care Package (which is a recall that BMW does not consider a recall).

Any thoughts?
Did anyone accept the N63 Customer Care Package? Worth it?

I am NOT affiliated with this law suite in any way!

I got this for my 2012 550iX. Had the CCP done in 2015, no issues, at 102k now. Personally, I think BMW handled the recall (call it what you want, CCP is as good as any name) very well. Interesting to hear other peoples thoughts on the class action law suite.

So the cars didn't even come with a 105 amh battery? That's ridiculous.

I got the notice but my 2013 650 was not in the listed cars as the list only show up to 2012 650's built up to July 2012. Mine was built mid July 2012 but is listed as a 2013, so. . . .

that's correct, the CCP only affected these 6 series cars:

F12 (6 Series Convertible)– produced from 3/2011 to 7/2012
F13 (6 Series Coupe)– produced from 7/2011 to 7/2012

I'm guessing BMW have known about the issues since 2012, made the updates for most 2013 models (except the E70/1 and F10) and rolled out the CCP in late 2014. For the F-series cars, owners have noticed many tweaks made around the 2013 model year that doesn't even include the updates related to the CCP.
