Squealing rear brake

I changed all four discs/pads on my car a few months.

About a month after they were installed, a loud squealing from the rear passenger brake started when I would press lightly on the brake pedal.

I had the rear pads replaced thinking it could be defective pads, and when that did not work, I replaced the disc but the squealing is still there.

I have no idea what to do now. Any suggestions or ideas would be really appreciated.

Has someone made certain that all the correct contact/rubbing surfaces have been lubricated with brake grease? Especially the backs of the pads? Often a brake squeal is not from the contact between the pads and disc, but from a very high frequency vibration between the pads and caliper.
