Dyno results
The local car club had a dyno day so I put the M6 GC on a dynojet. Factory stock down to the air filters, 55k miles, DCT, ZCP.
541 hp, 461 tq at the wheels on the first run which was also the best. Assuming 12% drivetrain loss, that's 615 hp at the crank. I was expecting around 500-520 rwhp so I was happy. Just thought I would share. |

2015 M6, no CP, it runs on 98 Octane Europe, equal 93 in US, ECU flash.
880 Nm are 649 ft lb The engine could be more, but the clutch is the limited factor (got already a new DSG, clutch and the differential becaus of shavings in the oil). Just cutted the torque to 600 ft lb, so I can sleep better in future |

Complained a rough clutch when the car was cold, BMW decided to put a new clutch in it, after removing the oil pan they found some fine shavings in the micro filter, so i got a complete new transmission including clutch.
The differential was changed 1000 miles later, because we checked the oil level and found also lot of shavings in the oil... After all was set up new, I did Stage 1. |
