Decat pipes

So I already have the factory sport exhaust. I don't feel like spending $5000 on cat back system. Can I get away with some straight pipe cat deletes? Seem to be a bunch on eBay for $300-$400. Will this wake up the sound?

Yes - catless DPs is where the biggest sound increase comes from these motors. Also turbo spool will be a lot more pronounced. Careful on fitment on off brand, cheaper downpipes. Consider spending a couple hundred more for VRSF’s.
