Question 2012 650I missfire

Hi, everyone.

I have problem with my 2012 650i, n63 engine.
Injectors were replaced for index 12s, a year ago by the previous owner, after a while car started throwing DMF and codes, missfire on cylinder 2, it was running a little bit uneven, i could feel little missfires under acceleration.
I replaced spark plugs, then changed coils, it did not help, so i've checked the compression, it was fine so i've bought a new injector (also index 12), i've installed it with brand new seal and coded it.
Car ran perfectly, no codes, smooth under full throtle, basically the issue was gone. Yesterday, i came back from to home, parked the car in garrage, and check engine light appeared.

DTC- 140201 - Cylinder 2 misfire detected: cylinder injection cut out.
DTC -142002 - Misfiring: tank level too low

The car was low on fuel (like 30-40km of range left), but would it be a reason to throw this code? What may be the issue?

The only thing that comes to my mind, is decoupling element on injector 2, i forgot to order it, and used the old one. Is it that important?

Second thing, when i took second injector out, i've noticed it had a little bit of play from left to right, when i've unscrewed it. Also the metal fuel line that goes directly to injector from underneath, i felt like it was a little bit loose (i could turn it a few deegres, with a little bit of force). Should it be like that?

I'll be glad for every advice.

HPFP, common issue. BMW will replace under extended warranty.

Well I have a problem with my transmission in my 2017 650i xDrive convertible. BMW won't replace the torque converter, and I am still under Manufacturer Warranty!

Unfortunately, where i live (Poland) BMWs with n63 engines are not covered by any extended warranty or CCP, so i'll replace it on my own. Thank you for advice!

So i switched HPFPs (moved bank 2 hpfp to bank and bank 1 hpfp to bank 2) and car ran a little bit better, basically only small missfires while accelerating, no DMF or any codes, but same thing happened when i pulled it back to garage. DMF, code:

DTC- 140201 - Cylinder 2 misfire detected: cylinder injection cut out.

What do you think? Should i replace that pump anyway or it's not the issue? Any ideas?

If the problem exists on the same cylinder then that's would indicate the injector is the problem. Were the Index12 injectors replaced by a BMW dealer? Injector replacement requires precise calibration with ISTA in order for the injectors to function 100%.

Injectors were replaced by previous owner. I replaced one injector on cylinder 2 wtih index12 myself, coded it with ISTA, and also did injection quanitity compensation. Also I've switched injector 2 and 3 (with new seals ofc), and problem stayed on cylinder 2.

Also, one thing I've noticed - numbers on injectors ale slightly different than the one in ISTA like 593193 is changed to 592192 - I've checked all the numbers, then coded them, and few of those were changed like this by ISTA. is it normal?

Are all of the injectors index 12? I was advised by BMW that you cannot mix and match index numbers.
