I found a new butcher to try. This is one of the bone-in loin pork chops I bought. They're cut about 1 1/4" thick with the fat trimmed just the way I like it. Slow grilled with a blend of various pepper and spices. It was delicious. The ribeye steak in my last post was from the same butcher. I think I may have finally found a decent place to get my meat.

Yea, sometimes I like the crunch of the onions. When I do bacon and avocado, I usually don't have other veggies. I just felt like that restaurant style burger.

I had BBQ last night/this morning. I just finished it right now since I just arrived home from work. Doubles suck! Time to crash and do it all over again in 6 hours. Somebody eat some cake for me!
