coilover vs lower spring

I keep telling myself Im not going to lower my car buttttt......

So I have used both but not in many years so have springs gotten better?

Its hard not to contemplate springs over coils when you are looking at a couple hundred bucks vs a couple grand for coils.

Just want to get your thoughts

Thanks.

I have the H&R Sport Springs on my car and they're great for the price. Obviously if you can afford $1k - $2k coilovers, then be my guest. But you can't really beat $200 - $300 springs.

The car sits great and performs well, while still being able to utilize the car's EDC. These with some spacers and my M6 looks night and day different!
