Driver seat problem

so i have this strange problem. Love my car and its never done me wrong. i left my car at a body shop to get repaired and asked them to take good care of my car. i feel like that did not happen. the car had a dead battery when i got it. the driver seat did not move and the anti trap feature was disabled for the windows. as well as them scratching my carbon fiber exhaust tips and damaging one of my wheels that i just had refinished.

Anyway. i got the car back home and don't want to deal with them anymore. I am trying to resolve my driver seat issue that is puzzling me. i scanned the car with ista+ and got a fault description. what is my next step to fix the seat. i got them to agree to pay for the part to repair it, just need to know what to install.

oh i should also note that i can operate the entire seat and all functions of the seat via ista+. the upper seat control to make the seat slide forward and backwards also operates as does the heat function. the only thing that does not work is the whole panel on the bottom of the seat. no movement engages from the main panel as well as massage, and or memory seat functions.

Any help is much appreciated. this was my first time using ista to try and figure this out, so if there is more info in ista i will figure out how to get it.

Note the the combox is disconnected here since i did the NBT EVO upgrade on this car so ignore that

did you unplug the cable and plug back in?

i tried this tonight, did not do anything still, tried holding the buttons and then plugged in, still no functionality.

Oh, that's really annoying, hate it when i take the car in for something only to end up with a different issue.
i feel your pain.
