Yes, they may need to add a little to the pipe but I have been told it will fit.

It's the system from the cat-back or downpipes are added?

I believe downpipes added. the 2013 M6 has the cats in the engine and is not part of the exhaust system. Sorry, I am green at all this...hope that helps.
