No pics but for lunch today I had left over meat I slapped on the grill yesterday whilst having a lazy day to myself. Bacon wrapped filet mignon cooked medium rare and grilled chicken tenderloins marinaded in Allegro, soy, Worcestershire, lemon and garlic. My co-workers feasting on McDonalds got pissed when they came into the office smelling as it did. Not a bad lunch.
If you don't know about Allegro marinade, find out. I use it to make beef jerky too. |

My Clemson Tigers are having a feast at the White House as I type...

Herb crusted tenderloin for two that I managed to over-cook. Good flavor but pissed about over-cooking.
