Individual Bushing Replacement?

I've noticed a slight squeak/squeal coming from the passenger-rear wheel area. Getting the car up in the air and inspecting it with my indy, we found that this bushing needs replacing:

Is it possible to buy this bushing on its own and press it in? I haven't been able to find anything and would rather not buy the entire "h"/arm if it isn't necessary...
