Recommended oil m6 f13

Can i use this oil for my car ?

liquid-moly molygen 5w-40. you also want BMW LL-01, i believe the difference between LL-01 and LL-04 is dependent on fuel quality. LL-01 is for the states, and LL-04 is for Europe. it comes down to a difference in ethanol content i believe

the leichlauf is also very good oil. i noticed i had higher oil consumption on that compared to the new molygen formula, however still low oil consumption on both oils compared to the castrol oem oil.

I’m using LiquiMoly Molygen the green oil 5W 40
It suppose to be there best with the most anti friction properties, I change my oil like crazy my last change was 800 miles , only because I want to switch to Molygen, I’m going to send it black stone oil lab .
I’m not going over 2k miles with the oil intervals with this car because when I removed the oil after only 800 miles it was pretty beat up already , the color , the smell , seemed like much more than 800 miles on it ,It might be overkill but It’s easy and cheap insurance to do .

LL04 is for diesel cars. And Manchester City sucks...so that bottle just won't work.

Seriously though, best bet is to use OEM dealer blue bottle elixir

I am going to change oil from 5W30 to 0W40. How do I tell the DIC or do I have to go to the steeler for reset?

You can reset it yourself. Check YouTube and type in "BMW service reset" or "BMW oil reset". This is the same method to reset the servicing counter if you change your brakes, other fluids, and wife.
