What is this noise? Suspension rattle and clunk over bumps.
Hi all,
My 2013 650i xD GC makes this horrible rattle in the suspension every time I go over even the most slight pothole, utility hole, or noticeable bump. It's been incredible difficult to record the sound (balancing wind noise, car noise, etc) but I managed to catch it faint in the video at the end of the post. It's pretty faint in the video but in the drivers seat its very noticeable. Any ideas of what this could be? Or if too faint any tips on getting a good recording?! Thanks all You can hear it three times, best at 0:10 |

most suspension clunks from a particular corner of the car is related to a bad strut.

Yep, I'd look at the struts and then the sway bar bushings...
