The new generation RFT are as comfortable as normal ones if that's an issue.
M cars never had it anyway, and the weight of a spare wheel in a performance car would be a wrong priority IMO.....

I love how BMW can release a near perfect car, and everyone still finds stuff to complain about....

I will just leave it at wow, because this car is absolutely stunning, and I hope I can someday own one!

Btw removing that M badge could pobably be done by your grandma
Don't be sure whether it will be that easy to remove it!
We don't know how it's mounted on there yet...it could be welded plastic and then it won't be very easy at all.

There previous gen M5 and M6 had quite different front bumpers as well...nothing new here!

Seriously???!! I'm sure there will be some aftermarket company that will create black grills WITHOUT the badge to please you and those who find something trivial to complain about with this car

OBVIOUSLY there will be aftermarket grilles....we were not discussing aftermarket potential. Everyone is saying/thinking that it can be removed simply from the factory/OEM grilles, and all I am saying is don't be so sure! It's not the same as a trunk badge.

- A customer can be very picky on a price range that isn't that of an F20
- By releasing a product on the market BMW is by definition exposing itself to customer criticism and diverging opinions. All the more so when throwing in some obvious marketing cues whose taste is debatable on a high-end expensive product.

Also, I think 4000 lbs is pretty light for that big of a car. Remember the M3 is from 3600-3700lbs and this car is MUCH bigger.

On another note, I absolutely love the car! And holy 410mm front rotors for the carbon ceramic brakes!!
Well, I thought they lost 2 cylinders, added a twin-scroll turbo, so the car should've been quite a bit lighter & quicker 0-60 with its DCT, horsepower & torque like that!

i think im asking for a super car status.

I'll get an orange vert with stick for the Bear Mountain runs from October to May.
And a red GT-R for the track.
The E39 M5 would remain the beater.

This car is probably one of my favorite looking cars BMW has ever made.. Fantastic lines, great details, everything about it. Oh and I love the little badge in the front, I think It has a unique and different look to.

Now if this had a v10 in it, it would be perfection, but it doesn't and I'll get over it, because that V8 is a beast.

This is going to be a good contest to see who comes out on top between this M6 Coupe, and a Carrera S Coupe. I hope Topgear does a reunion with the trio again, Vantage S, M6 Coupe, and Carrera S Coupe.

Oh and those Gold Ceramic Brakes, made me go crazy.

That's true. I meant that when I seen spypics I thought the M6 was going to be 99% identical to M5 but it's good to see they are still quite different.
