I think 39k from a carvana is high i would take it.

^ that's what i am thinking, and they will take the car as is with mods.

i calculated if i returned to stock and sold parts on forum, i would only lose about ~$1k after i factor in labor costs.

I think you should look it to a private party sale. Mid 40s at least with the CCB and Comp.
