Not randoms. Both are two ladies I've known for years. The first, I've had encounters with in the past. This was the first two instances. The second, I've known for a few years as well, but no prior physical contact.

Doesn't accurately paint the picture. I'm pretty transparent. We all seem to grieve in different manners. My method can be construed as reckless....and it is. I'm not great with emotional matters. Update on the Breaker of Sinks: 1 1/2 years post lap-band surgery, she has lost close to 100 pounds. She does look better and I'm sure she feels better....you know, cheating to lose the weight and all. (Sorry, she gets no love from someone who is in the gym 5 days a week) She still eats like an asshole; candy, chips, cookies....licking, smacking, crunching, etc. behind me all damn day. Since the weight is gone, the clothing has become more revealing. I'm honestly embarrassed for her most days. The stuff she wears is completely inappropriate for woman in her early sixties to rock at work.

I did have a come to Jesus meeting with her and the plant manager a few months ago that basically culminated in, "I don't care what you do, but you will leave me out of it, or my attorney will be brought into it as well." All has been calm since as no communication is had.

Awesome! I know its been a lot of downs lately on the house hunt, but this sounds promising!

Are the dragons whispering to you that there must be a reason you are missing as to why you didn't lose this house as well? Some hidden issue?

one important task is abandonment of oil tank that is buried.
already have few estimates, and it one of the projects that has to be done before winter starts. install oil tank above grade.

Shouldn't seller pay for that? Do you have an attorney yet?

EDIT: I may have misunderstood. The house is oil and current tank is underground? As opposed to leaving an abandoned unused tank in the ground.

Buried tanks could be alarming. Because they're buried you never know what like it is down there till you dig it up. And if you are subject to EPA type stuff on the removal, there could be significant undisclosed liabilities there.

Not to rain on the parade, but I assume you'll write in a holdback of some of the proceeds until it was remediated without issue / undisclosed costs?

But on the good news front, if everything goes well, you could have found a hidden gem that appreciates like crazy once you do the work.

We had well issues, but honestly, I don't know why nobody jumped on our house before us, it was priced well, on a very desirable street, bungalow, etc. We bought six years ago and I figure we've almost doubled our money on the house. We just can't sell because we don't have anywhere else we'd prefer to live. You could be in exactly the same situation where you are sitting pretty.

we have attorney. the oil tank is functional, its the condition of the tank im concern. So we decided to have new tank install, and abandoned old tank. there is a process to do it correctly,
