Why do people add BMS Juicebox to their flash tuned cars

I see some people get flash tunes on their m6's and then go out and get a JB4 on top. whats the purpose?

what do you mean by control boost, does the flash tune not already do a good job at this? or do you mean like change "stages"

most of the flash tunes will give you 20-23 psi, if you want to go more than that JB4 will help you but most of the people using it for meth with high boost
