Competition Emblems for 2014 M6?

I wonder if anyone who purchased a M6 w/ Competition Package Before they started "Branding" it on the side fenders and trunk has found that the new ones fit the older models? Old one only says M6 and new one says M6 Competition.

I called the dealer and they did not know but can order them... Any information would be Great! Thanks for your help...

That badge is from the Competition Edition

A normal Competition Pack M6 doesn't have it

A simple and inexpensive way to put a "Competition" emblem of your car is to buy a genuine M5 or M2 Competition emblem from ebay, cut off the Competition part and carefully place it beneath the boot/trunk M6 emblem.

As an example:

Do not buy the M2 competition badge. It's significantly smaller.

Has anyone actually done this? I went to my dealership and it seems to be the same part number for both the non comp edition and comp edition. And the diagram doesn't specify if it says "competition" on it or not

That's because they're looking at the code "ZCP" for competition package, not competition edition.

This is an important distinction. There are plenty of Competition Package cars with the ZCP option, and they are all badged M6. There were 220 Competition Edition cars produced in 2016 (with only 100 of these coming to the United States), and these are the only ones that got the Competition badging, which I think was pretty cheesily executed on these cars anyway.

It was straight up a marketing gimmick

I haven't looked very hard but there's a chance BMW doesn't make these beyond the set that were installed on the Edition cars.

Understood that could be the case, but Thats why I was very specific and even provided the vin of a comp edition that I had found online. Had pics as well. Said they still couldn't tell.
