Routing dash cam cables

Does anyone have experience routing power cables for their dash cam? This seems like a fairly daunting task given the arrangement of the headliner and location of the power ports. Hoping someone already suffered through this can can spare their fellow forum members some of the heartburn!

I used the front fusebox for my front dashcam which makes routing the wires much easier. Just tuck them in the headliner, down the A Pillar, and into the dash where the fusebox is. I then used and add a fuse with a power outlet adapter and that was it.

something like these (not actual ones i used)

I haven't done my rear dashcam yet as I'm not sure how to mount it out of the way of the power window shade.
However, I did run some cables to the trunk for other accessories, and I just ran them down the door sill, then removed the seat bottoms, popped off the rear seat side back bolster and ran the wires behind the trunk panels. There was no need for a long stick once removing those items (all of which just pop in and out)
