( Jeremy )Clarkson's Farm on Amazon prime.

For those of you who enjoy his humour on TopGear, this show is fantastic. Really interesting

Essentially he bought a farm years ago and the guy who managed it retired so he takes on the job himself with no farming knowledge at all…great TV!

The funny thing about your case was that someone coincidentally mentioned the same show today.

Imagine being a new employee, making a mistake because you didn't do something that seems commonplace to everyone who has been here longer than 3 months, then being a dick to your co-workers who are trying to help you out.
