2014 F06 Valve Guide Seals

My 2014 F06 is at an Indy getting a stage 2 pure turbo upgrade, dyno and custom tune. Service tech feels exhaust smoke is excessive and is likely due to bad valve seals. Quoted 6500 for repair and 12k for engine replacement. Did advise that repair may not be imminently necessary but that stress of Dyno runs may accelerate leaks. Im torn. While this is a DD it is also our family's baby. I know many on this forum are stockers (the 6 is beautiful just as designed) but i have heavily modded this car and I suppose I may have paid the price. 125k miles. We've test driven both and M8C and and M850 and while they are both fantastic vehicles they just dont seem to have the same driver connection as our 650xi GC. I am thinking the smoke is largely due to the current tune (BM3 stage 2 OTS) and being catless with FBO exhaust. The car, like most 6ers has burned oil badly (so called "normal consumption" ) from nearly day one of ownership, but we do very frequent maintenance to try to compensate. Anyone have a feel for how likely my seal problem may become a big issue? We add 2 quarts of liqui moly molygen about every 3-5 thousand miles in addition to annual spark plugs/coils and regular oil changes.
