How should I bed new rotors/pads?

I am going to my mechanic this morning to have my new Zimmerman coated rotors and Textar pads installed and I am not sure how to properly bed the new brakes once they are installed (it seems different bedding techniques are used for different rotor/pad set-ups).

Thanks

A handful of hard stops from 40 to 0 should start the process. After the brakes have cooled I would drive conservatively for the next 10 miles.
