Pop sound in rear

Every so often I get a pop sound in the rear going over curb, backing over curb or turn at slow speeds. I'm wondering if any of you have experience this? Maybe strut spring resetting, bushing, etc?

I'm having a similar clunk sound on incline/decline ramps or driveways going at an angle.

I thought it was from the suspension but its from the sunroof area as the car "flex". I posted in the general 6 series forum area.

My car is a 640i gc.
