Seat belt in the back seat getting wrong way

hello everyone,
how can I fix this problem, Appreciate any helpful advice.

Don't know what you've already tried...but where is it twisted? Is it twisted inside the reel? If so...pull the seat belt out to see if you can find where it twisted & untwist.

From the pic you posted, it's impossible to say if it is twisted at the bottom or at the top (inside the reel).

Can't tell if you have the coupe (f13), vert (f12), or GC (f06)...but if you have the 2dr coupe or vert you could remove the anchoring bolt (#3 in diagram below) and straighten the belt. If you have the 4dr M6 GC...then you can do the same with #6 in the 2nd diagram below (EDIT) looking closer at your 2nd pic...it looks like you probably have the f13 M6 because I can't see anything indicating the rear door opening and it looks like you have the headliner of the 2dr coupe instead of the soft top of the f12):
