Now go do the 2 day M School. You get to rip the shit out of M5s, M6s, and M Coupes. I just got done with that last week and it's more than I ever expected. You run all those cars to redline (but you don't get that rapid bouncing feel when you hit the limiter, because it has a soft touch limiter, very cool actually). Trust me, you haven't driven any of those cars until you've done that school. They simply need to be driven on a track.

i think i hit like 160... I couldnt tell anymore. that's the fastest i have ever done in my life, it was scary

anyway, here's my question, it's a SMG Stage III I believe, how do you guys launch that?
i put MDM, hardest EDC (sport), 500hp Sport. Rev'd it to 2000 RPM then slammed it. is this the best it can do? i mean it almost broke my neck, but is there something I can do to improve it?

fast car! im impressed, maybe not by the 13 mpg it's got tho
Personally, I don't like the M6's steering as much as the M5's. It's much lighter. The car is more eager to turn in though. It wants to rotate more. The M3's steering is just a little heavier than the M5's. The M Coupe has unrivaled steering though.

Niceeee

You launch it by taking off EDC, put the car on S6 mode, then push foward on the shifter and floor the gas. The revs will build up to 2,500 RPMS. when your ready for launch just release the shifter and the car will take off.

No bullshit launch control.

S6, nail the throttle 1/3 to 2/3 down (depending on condition), EDC soft, P500S, SMG does a clutch drop and you take off. I have tried all ways, this is the quickest, with or without a burn out.

Steering on the M6 sucks balls....give me Porsche steering anyday but I will keep the V10

Haha I know what you mean, I have a 335i loaner and I accidentally ran it into its top speed limiter (155) last night and even though it was great I can't let myself do that again, stupid mortality and such.
