Has anyone changed there transmission fluid

I has a 2014 650i xdrive with 70k on it thinking about changing the tranny fluid any recommendations on fluids or just leave it alone

I'm at 36k and inquired about the same thing. The dealership said that it really wasn't necessary until at least 50k, if at all, because it's a 'lifetime clutch'. They just didn't say how long the 'lifetime' was.

From memory I'm sure the gearbox manufacturer reccomemds 100k

A little bit OT, but i recommend every xdrive owner to change the transfer fluid every 50000 km or so. According to bmw it's lifetime but it isn't, and doing this changes may avoid expensive faults, apart of giving smoother pulls
