So my first time purchasing something from any forum and I was scammed… using Zelle.

User 'Deebeemerman' contacted me from my WTB post stating he has what I was looking for.. plus other items for the M6.

It's been a week and he keeps telling me daily that he'll ship it "today" and now hasn't been responding but is marked as online recently… so likely trying to scam other people using this site.

It was my own fault; learned my lesson.
Just be careful and ask for proof of pics with a note of username and date with the item.

Bonnie Tay (Taylor) from Arizona is the supposed name of the seller if anyone else is "purchasing" from them.

WTB posts are a scammers dream. I posted 2 of them and the guy tried to scam me, I was way ahead of them and asked for pics of the part and he sent me parts of the wrong car lmao

Don't feel bad you are not alone. I was scammed out of $400 December 23 and it sounds like the same guy but his handle was "Mike4m". I was Christmas shopping and he kept texting me "I can ship today" so I just sent the money cash ap thinking he was a motivated seller.

As a rule of thumb always send via paypal goods and services and add 3% to cover the fees. Sadly these POS's get anonymity but if we all use the iTrader feature and search their previous posts you'll get a much better idea of their trust within the community.
