Coding - E-Sys (HUD Blinkers)

so i downloaded the Virtual machine with esys installed earlier, got everything i wanted enabled

M Startup display
Sport to display HP & Ft LBS
mirrors folding at .5 seconds
video in motion
Video codecs from USb
Bright Halos with lights
legal disclaimers all removed
& more

but i just couldnt get the blinkers in HUD, has anyone manged to get this to work through esys or another program ?

Did you code the KOMBI or just the NBT? You need to have all three of these set and coded:

KOMBI => 3008 => HUD_PIA_BLINKER => aktiv
KOMBI => 3000 => BLINKER_HUD_ENABLE => aktiv
HU_NBT => 3001 => HUD_TURNSIGNAL => aktiv

Yeah however I did notice my KOMBI appeared as "DKOMBI" within esys, the only effect it had was it reset the idrive & lost the time

I was going to ask if you've got the digital cluster. I found a site ages ago that stated if you update to the latest firmware you can get blinkers in HUD. From memory it was the firmware of the HUD.

Got mine working in the hud along with phone and radio info too, coded using Carly.
Never used esys but sounds like ncs expert I used to use for my e46 M3 a few years back.

Do you have the digital screen for your speedometer/tachometer though? I thought I remember reading that you can't do HUD turn signals with the 6WB digital cluster but it looks like there might be a solution in another thread through a post above.

So Mark.. and definitely not to thread jack is it possible to upgrade 13’s to the digital cluster...? I have non digital and got it coded for blinkers to work in HUD..cool feature to enable

do you mean retro fitting a 6wb in a f13?

if yes ive not seen much for the 6's but the below was done on a 3 series

That makes more sense, I also have the mostly analog cluster (6WA) and have activated HUD signals successfully. After further reading, it does not look like you can enable HUD turn signals in DKOMBI with the digital 6WB cluster sorry OP.

i had my 2014 650i coded yesterday and the guy that was doing it told me that the blinkers cant be done if you have the digital screen. on my 2013 m6 it worked with no problem....of course no digital screen there
