Two questions:

Does the kit still have the ratcheting wrench that is used to raise/lower the scissor jack?
How about the wheel chock?

Only asking because they aren't pictured...perhaps they're still inside the bag?

There was never a chock or a ratcheting wrench with the kit. Everything that's shown is included.
