HI,This is what we call here at home the "Sunday Car" a 2006 E64 650i Convertible,owned for nearly 3 years but had access to it back in 2014 as the previous owner and buyer from new was a family friend and I believe it cost north of £70 K when bought from a BMW Main Agent in Kent UK

The car has been off the road (SORN) for just shy of a year cos as the name says "Sunday Car" that was the only day we could afford to watch £40's worth of fuel vanish off the face of the fuel gauge ....boy this car is greedy !!

Hey its only money ...I forgot how much I missed the 380bhp/380nm silky smooth drive until this week.

The pics of it with the Gold "20's were taken yesterday as I just bought them last night>>>I am well pleased with how it looks as they blend in perfectly with the paintwork and the interior and tints,

There's a long story to how I own this car and the heartache and feuding family friends I'd rather forget about but one good thing is that in terms of cost this fine car owes me only £!000

Thanks ....Its funny u say that about him being hilarious as every time I'm out with one in the car people who overtake or stopped at traffic lights u notice people smiling or commenting,also I've noticed that when car drivers travelling behind see him 9 outta 10 times they will hang back a bit and not tail gate,the dogue with the "Doggles" on is "Bubba"we had him from 12 weeks old and he passed 2 weeks shy of his 9th birthday last Sept which is a good age for one of his breed,That pic was taken back in 2014 early one morning filling up (£93)with Tesco's finest Unleaded before taking "Bubba" on his first Holiday to the seaside...... driving through the night from home (Brands Hatch Kent) we intended to head to Cornwall but only got as far as Woolacombe Bay in Devon as it must be one of the most dog friendly places on earth and spent 5 days there,

Here's a couple of pics I took this morning with young "Flash" he is not an expert at cornering yet and he hates the heat !!

But the car .... I cant believe the difference putting them wheels on has made to how the car looks,

To be honest it was a bit of a fluke as I have never seen a car the same colour combo,paint,trim,tints with gold rims to compare ...The guy I bought them had 4 sets of Wheel/Tyre combo for sale in the size and spec I was looking for,

Front 20x9J et20
Rears 20x10.5J et20

...I bought this set mainly or the amount of tread on the tyres (can't afford new ones)plus I liked the colour,

So I am well pleased with its new look although now I'm looking for springs to bring it down to where it belongs 25m rear 30 m front !!

Blacking out the chrome on the alpine white, especially on the grille and front bumper, has to be one of the best things to do to the car. Completely modernises the look if you ask me. I've done the same thing to mine.
