I remember...

About this time (4pm) on Fridays hovering around the service advisors desks to see what hot loaner cars were returned to take for the weekend.
-clean them up
-hit TGI Fridays for a quick bite
-strip club for happy hour
-home to shower and change
-then to the club/shore/etc

Now, I'm already planning the stop at Starbucks to be able to stay awake long enough to get takeout/delivery and make it to 9:59pm

How times have changed

I remember when I went out later than I currently go to bed and when I came home later than I currently wake up. And the times I did the Thursday nights out because I just couldn’t wait till Friday. Come home, take a shower and back to work without sleeping.

Times sure have changed.

I can't remember the "I remember the time(s)." I call this success. I can't be held liable, if I didn't (recall) do(ing) it.

We used to do:
Monday night football at the local dive bar
Tuesday was detox at home
Wednesday was a crazy club night at Deko
Thursday was usually date night
Friday was a Jersey club
Saturday was a NYC club
Sunday was football at Champps

I'm exhausted just remembering it all

Damn, this is so true. I'm on girls trip right now and wine just wasn't doing it for me so I switched to the good ole vodka. After I finished the drink, I had indigestion so bad I had to take a Prilosec. I was like WTF?!? I just switched to chugging water so I could be good for another day.

I still throw down hard at times but definitely don't bounce back like I used to.

Which is why I stick to wine.

No hangovers. I love it!

I remember hitting the clubs on Wednesday Night (Ladies Night at all the bars in town), Thursday night was wing night at my local, Friday night because everybody was out on Friday night, Saturday night because... why not and Sunday there was always a house get-together/party somewhere.
Monday and Tuesday were recovery nights, just a few drinks with the guys while working on the race cars. (Or at least talking about working on the race cars LOL)
I sure as hell can't keep that kind of pace up anymore.

It's never a good idea to mix wine with other alcohol. Trust me, I know based on lots of experience.

They say the reason you should never mix is because people never mix down to beer, but mix up!

I remember using my dad's VW and putting in 2 gallons of gas in it for $1.00 and being able to drive all night. Unfortunately it had a birth control back seat.
