I don't think hearing protection works like that....

I'm going to move along now. The images of 1MOREMOD ripping off a few sets on the bench press, then spanking it while wearing hearing protection and yammering to himself....Ugh....It's getting weird up in here. Even by BP standards. This is like Lups level weird.

My ex-girlfriend ran over a cat

It's really sad and heart-breaking to see animals lying dead on the road.
Couple years back my ex-girlfriend ran over a cat who came out suddenly out of nowhere and it was kinda dark, her old Honda Accord headlights also didn't help but when I looked back immediately it was lying motionless on the road, we were a block away from her place. I told her it was nothing and she had no idea if the cat escaped or not. I immediately went back and found the cat laying dead, I love cats, it was really sad, I picked the cat up and placed it by the side of the road, had no idea what to do with it. I went back and told her it wasn't there, it would've crushed her as even she loves animals and had a dog and a cat.
Probably off topic but shared it anyway
Oh, also, narrowly escaped hitting a huge turkey last night.

I'm with you. The orange fury psychopath that I share my domicile with, Hamilton the beast, likes to bring various small fury creatures to the front door or the back deck, if we are sitting outside. He will bring them to you, lay them at your feet, meow, then rub against your legs waiting for accolades, then bite their heads off. Mice, moles, rabbits, etc. Friday night, he claws at the front door and lets out the "Hurry up assholes, open the door I bring you gifts" meow. I open the door and he has brought home the tiniest baby rabbit. The rabbit being equal parts scared to death and chill as can be, lets me pick it up. I inspect it and he has no puncture marks. Hamilton has been sparing with it's life. I bring it inside, show the girlfriend, we go on for a few minutes about how damn cute it is, snap a few pics and post on instagram; then I release this adorable creature back into the wild. For good measure I keep Hamilton inside for the rest of the evening in order to give the little guy a sporting chance. The next day Hamilton is released to the wild whilst I mow the yard. While mowing I find said baby rabbit with it's head missing. Better that I found it rather than Hamilton bringing it to the girlfriend for praise. Ugh. Poor rabbit, but at the same time it's not like I can be upset with this killing machine doing what it was made to do.

Been there. Unfortunately with baby rabbits, there may be more involved because they tend to have nests.

Recently with us, it's been snakes. I killed a baby copperhead a couple of weeks ago. Then last week, the two Norwegians had grabbed a black snake and was playing tug of war. I tried to save it as I don't kill non-poisonous snakes.....I relocate them.

But they had almost torn it in half in less than 60 seconds. They are ruthless.

Crazy thing is wife found a possum one year. We're used to discarding animals that get into our fenced back yard, so my wife put on her gloves and grabbed a shovel to get it up.

I stepped out on the deck in time to see it spring back to life and chasing my wife across the yard. One of the funniest moments I remember!

Orange killing machine? Attaching the picture of my little "Orange killing machine" below, it's after I got her a close hair/fur-cut, now she again has very long hair. I never let her out but her eyes light up whenever she sees any kinda insect around, always kills them and then doesn't know what to do with them.
Poor little rabbit. I'm surprised he brought it home alive to amuse you, was probably looking for treats?

My company transferred me to a new client site today. Not sure what I'm more pissed about, the hour and 15 minute commute (previous was 20 min) or that everyone here needs constant supervision and I can't be on BP all day.

That's what drove me out of Consulting Work that I was doing on the side a few years ago. Figured it would be a nice way of making easy money....especially since I had a kid starting college.

Plus I always had people calling me, so I decided to set up shop and did it for about 5 years. Used it long enough to pretty much pay off all our debts and put our daughter through her first 4 years, then just got tired of constantly being bothered.

Now I value my time off more than anything in the world!

I had a similar experience with my old german shepard. At the time I lived on a farm so she could roam as much as she wanted. So she used to bring me her trophies. Except instead of rabbits and rodents, she would bring me ground hogs and deer heads. I witnessed her take down a doe once, it was pretty wild. But like you said, I couldn't be upset with her, it's what she was made to do.

That's a really damn cute cat man! Those eyes! Pictures of Hamilton can be found over in the pet thread. He's currently rocking his summer lion hair cut.

A deer?!?!? WOW!!! I was half saddened and half impressed when Hamilton brought home the rabbit. I mean, that thing was the almost as big as he is (he's 22 pounds) and rabbits are fast as hell.....but a deer? Damn!

I have no doubts my Lucy would go after a deer, fast as lightning. you should see her go after squirrels, almost climbs the tree

i drove an i3, i8, a benz electric drive and a model 3 performance

i3 was the most fun but the i8 grabs attention of EVERYONE. we had 60 something year old women ask what it is to young kids grabbing a picture. plus the amount of necks it breaks downtown especially at night is great for a 21 year old single guy

I feel like you are stating that you like the i8 the best. And if true, that might just be one of the dirtiest confessions here - certainly on this page.

I mean...the i8...its...I don't know. I just can't get over the fact that a car that looks like that has a three cylinder engine from a Mini buzzing away behind me. It's just...for the price...I can't. I can't get over it.

I say this, because as soon as MKSixer finds your post, he's going to feel all sorts of justified, and I purposely didn't tag him so that his job isn't easy finding this. But I also put this post in so that he can read it right after and it will balance him out again. Allow his head to fit in through the doorway and all again.

but... it is the best BMW you can buy today (new). at least feels like it; havent driven the 850i yet.

the i8 isnt a beast lets be honest but it feels faster than a stock M4 non-zcp plus it looks baller... im glad my man MKSixer has one!

besides depretiation hit these cars like a train, you can find them for $50-60k. at that price i'd say its a no brainer, the i8 toadster looks better but those are too new still

A close friend of mine bought an i3 the same month I bought my E93. I love the interior of that thing. It's amazing at how quiet and how damn fast it is. He's a tech guru and has coded/modded the shit out of the computer on that thing. He recently added the hardware for it to be able to drive itself. It's pretty bad ass.

The first week he had it, he had the battery die on him in the middle of an intersection blocking traffic until a tow truck could come haul it to the closest charging station. He was equal parts pissed off and embarrassed.

While my wife was out of town last week, a package of cookies from JW Marriott came in the mail. I didn’t know why they came but i ate them and they were delicious.

So she returns on Sunday and tells me this story of how JW Marriott completely overbooked the night she flew in and put her in this shit show of rebooking that went on past midnight. She’s over it at this point but at the time she said, she really let their management have it verbally.

So clearly those cookies were sent as an apology and were consumed by a totally undeserving individual...
