USPS losing packages

I ordered a new MacBook Pro through the university books store over 5 weeks ago. Delivery was supposed to be in 3 weeks. Still waiting. The tracking (DHL) hasn't changed in days, so no one knows where my laptop is currently. How friggin' hard is this?

I did the same, then checked stock online and they had it in store. Don’t get me started on the uncoordinated physical and mental gymnastics Apple makes customers go through, I got it same day and cancelled the other.

I could get it from B&H and have it in 2 days, but it'd cost me ~$130 more without the educational discount. Still, it might be worth it.

I hate USPS so damn much. Always late with packages and even putting my package in someone else's locker. Will avoid them at all costs in the future
