Athletes cannot accept cash or gifts. Full stop. Whether he works for or donates to LSU is irrelevant. It has been this was for decades.

By definition a booster is a supporter of the team but not employed by the team... that would be folks like OBJ or any wealthy alumni handing out cash to players.

its a big deal because its been against the rules for decades and he should know better. hes just an idiot that wanted to make it about him and not about the team.

if the NCAA wanted to be dicks, he could have fucked up some of these kids college careers.
