The Raiders had a chance to step up and draw a line in the sand. These arrogant players who don't understand that they are players on a team have ruined the enjoyment of watching pro sports for me. I just don't care who wins or who loses anymore. The Raiders could have sent a clear message that the player is part of a team and is a business. Without the team, the owners, the management, the stadium, the fans, Brown would have nowhere to play, nobody to watch, nobody to throw him the ball, and nobody to pay his paycheck. He needs someone in his life to set him straight. Maybe Jerry Rice can be his life coach.

Interesting to see how this plays out. $9M up front is risky as he could bitch the moment they give Gordon more plays/opportunities but they have a legit 1-2 punch. AB won’t be eligible till week two but the Pat’s will find a way to make it work.
