Hehe, with your user name you need to get started!

I'm thinking about changing out the bezel.

Currently rocking Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Ceramic with 3rd party leather strap. This 46mm piece fits perfectly on my wrist, which is on a small side, thanks to it's 14.25mm thin case and ergonomic form. Love it, but wasn't found of the original strap so bought a bunch on Amazon and have original JLC alligator one on order.

How hard is it to swap the bezels on the BB? I've heard it is more of a pain than on the Rolex Subs.
Thinking of getting a BB for daily wear. My current watches, save for a Deep Blue are a bit costly to beat up (see my next post).

My "new" Trifecta: 1971 Daytona 6263 from my grandfather, 1972 Red Sub 1680 and 1973 Pepsi GMT 1675.
A friend of mine said that he'd rather have a nice classic Rolex rather than spending the money on a new watch and have it possibly depreciate. It kind of stuck with me. At the time, I only had the 6263 in the classic line. I had a BLNR and a 14060M that I wore on a regular basis. I also have a BNIB 116520 white face that's sitting in my safe that I purchased from my local AD. I also had a mint Z-Serial 16710 Pepsi that I never wore since I had acquired it (traded a Hulk even up about four years ago).
I first traded the BLNR for the 1675 and I was hooked. Being able to wear the watch and enjoy the patina was so nice.
Then, I traded the 16710 plus the 14060M for the Red Sub. I haven't looked back! I'm loving these classic pieces.

Its easier than the subs in my opinion. about the same as the 5 digit with aluminum insert and definitely easier than the 6 digit with ceramic.

The bezel just pops off, then using a thin plastic knife, you slide that under the insert and around the bezel until it pops off. Then just press back on watch.

The 6 digit sub requires a special tool to snap/unsnap the ceramic insert. without it, you are most likely going to break the insert, and those are not cheap.
