The temperature drop caught me by surprise. I normally keep my eye on it this time of year so I can change to winter wheels. FML - It's been pouring for two days and I woke up to temps in the high 30s, I still had my summers on. It was a little dicey, especially stopping distance. I had them changed out as soon as I got to work.

I woke up normally, feeling well rested, checked my phone and it was a reasonable weekend wake up time. Went for a run. Finished and checked my health stats and the app said I only slept for four hours
