no offense to people from NJ (i personally grew up in Long Island also) but BMW dealerships in NYC/NJ/Long Island are full pompous arrogant pricks..

I know they put a big emphasis on customer satisfaction. I did biz for 12 years (and 7 cars) with Century in greenville SC. My sales guy was great, actually set up a day at the Performance Center before I bought the M3. He got promoted to trainer, handed me off to a dunce, and I bought my wife's 5 from Hendrick in Charlotte. Their sales guy told me customer satisfaction ratings effect their comp every month too.

Surprised to see Shelly on there. Bunch of overcharging lying sleezebags. Told me that M3s are impossible to get and that all dealers sell them at MSRP. This scum specializes in ripping off the Asian community. Bought mine from a fair price elsewhere.
At least Glendale wasn't on there. They'll go joyriding in your car first before ripping you off with a giant markup! |

Looks like my dealer made the list as well. They were great when I ordered my 135, but more of a pain when I tried to order a 1M. I'm not sure if that had to do with the particular sales associate, or the overall fiasco of ordering a 1M.

You mean the guys that won't touch your car if you change a license plate bulb yourself and throw out the phrase 'void warranty' more than 'thank you for your business'?
They are in the shitter, where they deserve to be. That's most dealers in the city thought, not just BMW.

Since BMW NA is based on NJ, I am sad to see no NJ dealers made it to the list.

Yay for BMW of Austin!! I'm surprised they haven't been on the list in the past since I've had consistently outstanding experiences with their sales and service departments, and what other dealership has amenities like a small soundproofed movie theater complete with La-Z-Boys and a 500-disc Blu-ray player stocked with current releases for you to choose from?

Congratulations Roadshow BMW! Even as a younger person they treat me in a respectful manner. That can't be said for most dealerships. Especially those with 100k+ cars in the show room.
