Funny how it took him a little while to realize the exhausts were actually on the side of the car

Looks like an M4 chassis to me. Wheels are sweet!

its definitely not "street legal". sounds like a pretty open exhaust with no cats. could very well be an n55. VenomUK you can here the turbo spooling through the exhuast.

It definitely has that turbo "pulse" sound where the noise is muddled up a bit and given a more even thrum than individual exhaust pulses of NA. That being said I feel like this is a n55 not a s55 due to it sounding so raw. The s55 thanks to its complex routing seems to intrinsically lose some if it's harmonic complexity to a dominant thrum.

I think you're the only one who's hating... Or rather you're confused. You're the one putting words in my mouth that I definitely didn't say, about an opinion I surely didn't voice. You obviously didn't quite get what it is that I was saying... Even though it was one, simple sentence. I said I like the sound of it better than the F80, that's it. I didn't go on a tirade about the sound of the F80, I just said I liked it better. Can someone like the sound of something better than another? Pretty sure they can. And just for the record, I actually love the sound of the F80. But what am I doing here? Nothing much, I've loved BMWs since I was a child, and have always dreamed of owning an M3... And I just ordered an F80 this past Friday, you know, because I hate the sound of exhaust so much. ///Mike

I have seen a physical Carbon tub that slots into the cabin of the M4 with a CFRP cage and bolted in X2 only Carbon Fibre bucket seats that could be intended initially for the race track or experimental production. If you combine that with the lightweight features of the M4 GTS and further progress you are going to have the most potentially innovative production car of its segment. We will see and learn more in 2016.
