Although this is a "Concept" all be it a "production" Concept.
Some details such as wing mirrors , wheels and exhaust ports will change. The production Coupe will be unveiled in November and will be officially unveiled at the Geneva Autoshow in early March. BMW's other Paris concept car is still to be unveiled. |

If this is the new direction for BMW interior design, i'd say win! The exterior didn't move me out of my seat, but it does look good.

The interior looks amazing.
I have mixed feelings about the exterior. It looks like the headlights are much too large... and the front bumper, I'm not a fan. I dunno. The overall shape is meh. Will wait and see what the ///M6 looks like before I pass judgement... and this is a concept and subject to tweaks. Hopefully, it gets the tweaks it needs to look good.

Well I like it! Jaguarish but I still like it. The interior is really something and the wood actually looks like wood. Great leather work.........Not in our plans though as the Z4 needs to be paid for first...............Pete L.

Man, it went from awful to ugly . I really wanted to like it, since I'm not buying another M3, but no way in hell. The wheels are the worst I've seen on a BMW; busy as hell, and totally forgettable. And panoramic glass in hot TX? A deal-breaker for me. Interior not my cup of tea, but definitely a lot better than the exterior. Seems like this M3 will be my last BMW for a long time, as I don't like any other model. Oh well.

Not really thrilled about this design. From the front, the car and lights looks a bit like a Camaro. The front/nose is just too diminshed. In fact, BMW has been doing this with all their newest cars (7er and 5er). The stock wheels are pretty atrocious. And the pop up navi? Really?
But that interior is gorgeous. Hope that sort of fit and finish is available on the final product.

The exterior is not much of a surprise since the reveal of the Gran Coupe concept, though the size of the car may be better suited for a 4-door rather than a coupe. And I don't care for those wheels, but that interior - WOW ! I thought the new Z4 interior looked good, but with this one, I'm hard pressed to think of a better looking interior on any car right now.
I really like the direction they're headed with the new interiors ( new 5er, 7er, Z4, X3 ). The ones in the last generation were terrible IMO ( 6er, old 7er, old Z4 ). Much, much better. Though, I'd be surprised if the 2-tone was standard. Looks more like a BMW Individual setup. Can't wait to see what the ///M version is going to be like.
