Sometimes, I remove things that other people put in place, for no reason whatsoever. Other times I don't, when I should.

I have no will to have a relationship with my parents. Some days I think I should try to forgive and forget but it's so hard, so I stick with my ways of not calling/texting or giving an effort to have them in my life.

You should rethink that. When the time comes they are no longer around, you may feel differently and regret not having contact.

There is a kid in my office that has this pile of paper. Not sure what it is or why we are still killing trees but it must be three feet high and it is so perfect. It's like a ream of paper. Every time I walk past it, I want to mess it up. He has to be OCD.

That’s when King Rudi might say, you give it a little shift, ever so small and see how long it stays.

Not to add to the heaviness but I confess that I really need 2020 to leave. This morning we planned a friends trip between Christmas & New Years. We rented a house outside Breckenridge. It was nice to have something to look forward to & have some excitement. Not even a hour later, one if my best friends texts. She has breast cancer. Y'all, my heart hurts for her. If I wasn't working I would open a bottle of wine stat.

i know exactly how you feel. i cant come to terms how to forgive and forget when the pain is deep. Things were done to literally push my wife away with our 1.5 year old son.

Dang, I'm sorry to hear that man. Hopefully one day we can both forgive and move on.

So sorry to hear. Hopefully they caught it early and she'll be fine.

The OCD is strong on this side of the keyboard. Really want to mess with him? Take one sheet of paper somewhere near the bottom and ever so slightly, twist it unevenly, to where 4 corners are not equally exposed, yet exposed....only this one particular sheet. Then watch to see how long it takes him to fix it. This will determine his level of OCD.....ness. When he fixes it; do it again. The number of times it takes before he goes full-on Rain Man on you will determine his level of restraint and respect for you. Why can't I work with you? I would love to be a part of this.

Years ago, we once stole our boss's gingerbread man (stuffed bear type) that her boss's wife gave to her as a Christmas present. Every morning we put the ginger bread man in different scenarios and took pictures with a Polaroid camera and made ransom notes. We'd request stupid shit, like a large bowl of green skittles. She actually came through with the skittles so we gave her back her gingerbread man though. We did this for a week solid. No one at work had any clue who was doing it aside from me and the other guy. Come to think of it, I don't think we ever told anyone.....they still don't know.

See above, but very good. Someone gets my personality though.

I can't do it. He's a kid - HS, and a good kid at that. His sister works here too. They are both good kids, great work ethics. I can't screw with him. Now if he was an asshole, I would have already done everything you suggested. And maybe even pointed the cameras at him to capture the freak out. I may take a picture tomorrow morning before he comes in and post it. It is truly remarkable. I couldn't get the pile that straight if I tried.

Good work ethics, still young and family works there too??? Sounds to me like he's a better candidate for being the recipient of tom-foolery than anyone! He hasn't been broken yet. Of course this means that you should feel some form of obligation to introduce him to real world scenarios.

apartment manager said asbestos is in the wall. 2 months back i drilled 3 holes with screw driver and put this rack up to hold my bike. My bike fell with it and it pulled the screws out. Should i be worried about asbestos exposure? I feel like im gonna slowly die!

Yes you are going to slowly die!
But then aren’t we all?
You weren’t sniffing the holes again were ya? You should be ok.
You should look up how to do that mounting properly, drywall you need anchors.
Hate to post cross thread but curious, did you meet Pickle?
