Plastidipped my exhaust tips to midnight gloss black. since I already did the chrome delete across the rest of the car this was the only piece of chrome I had left. what do y'all think? I opted not to powder coat just in case I hated it I could peel off.

I like it, debating doing this to my own
It's a maxton design front lip, nice quality https://www.maxtondesign.co.uk/body-...12-f13-m-sport Last edited by MARKPRIOR; 03-30-2019 at 01:06 PM.. |

I had some light smoke tint left so I wrapped the chrome on the door handles. Gives it a nice effect. I wanted it to be less pronounced but not blacked out. Also front lip and side splitters installed.

Got her chromed up!
2016. Just got her a month ago. This is my first post here. Recently replaced the engine air filter with a K & N. The change was remarkable! So much more responsive and FASTER, especially in sport mode. Next up, the tires. I’m pretty sure that I’m going to ditch the run flats. Was thinking about those Michelin all season tires. Any thoughts?

Which engine do you have?
K&n does not make the car faster, but is OK... BMS Performance Intake sounds great but does make the car slower because of heat ... I tested both... I think aFe Power Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Si Intake would be grate but is very expensive... |

Wrapped my rear diffuser gloss black as a stop gap before I pull the trigger on an M6 one. Was not easy and I messed it up a bit however from a distance it looks so much better than the original grey colour.
View post on imgur.com One problem after reviewing the picture is I am in desperate need of spacers !!! |

I'm following your progress with this intently! I just don't want the ride to be affected negatively. But most people have said it only gets better. |

Ha, sorry for that. Well you got a great looking car mate. Be careful with that front splitter. One heavy bag of shopping in the front and it will be a disaster. 😀

I put caliper covers on. MGP, matte black with gloss black letters and the 3 horizontal lines.
While the wheels were off, I washed, scrubbed, clay bar’d and waxed the wheels. Much easier to wipe or wash off the road grit. |

Well, not really today as such, but in the last 2 weeks.
Had my wheels stripped and fully repainted ferric grey., complete with new valves, badges, etc. Had the steering wheel retrimmed, as the stock one was looking shitty and tired at barely over 30k miles. Slightly thicker than standard, and with m coloured stitching |

Had mine done by Jack at Royal Wheels. Costs vary depending on what you want (he can do pretty much anything material and stitching wise) and cost fitting is between £160 and £200 usually. |
